Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban is all smiles while answering queries from the media covering the Supreme Court during a luncheon briefing aptly titled Meet the Chief at Jade Vine Restaurant in Kalaw Street, Manila on December 22, 2005. It was his first meeting with the public since his December 21 oath-taking.
