Chief Justice Panganiban is given a Plaque of Appreciation by Supreme Court Justice Minita V. Chico-Nazario, president of the Philippine Women Judges Association (PWJA), together with PWJA directors and other officials. He was the guest of honor during the association’s Seminar/Workshop and Annual Meeting, held at the Manila Hotel on March 15-16, 2006.
