Photo shows Chief Justice Panganiban with His Excellency, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, President of Spain, during a state dinner hosted by the latter on June 29, 2006, at the Moncloa Palace in Madrid. Seated between them is a Spanish-English interpreter. The following day, Chief Justice Panganiban signed a Judicial Cooperation Agreement with Spanish Chief Justice Francisco Jose Hernando Santiago.
